Djarot: Asia Africa Summit Readiness Already 90 Percent

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidajat ensured the preparation of Asia Africa Summit in Jakarta and Bandung which falls on April 19-24 is almost complete.

“Our readiness is 90 percent,” he said at City Hall, Thursday (4/16).

Hidajat expressed, the coordination along with related units such as Army, Police, Foreign Affairs Ministry and Regional Working Unit (SKPD) continues to be done for the sake of its implementation. “The 10 percent will be done later. Thus we maintain the coordination," uttered the former of Blitar Mayor.

No Traffic Diversion When Asia Africa Summit Takes Place

Moreover, as many as 109 flags of the conference’s participant have even been installed along Jalan MH Thamrin. City Administration ensured the entire protocol roads in capital, especially those are passed by the delegates are free from pothole.
